Nebraska softball (5-4) faced UCF (8-3) for day three of the Clearwater Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Huskers chalked up another win in the loaded invitational, shutting out the Golden Knights 6-0.
Jordy Frahm (2-3) led the way for Nebraska on both sides. She blasted two home runs at the plate to finish 2-for-2 with three RBIs and a walk. She also pitched a complete game, firing seven strikeouts and allowing three hits, one walk and no runs.

The team finished with eight hits for five RBIs. Lauren Camenzind hit 2-for-2, earning two RBIs, grabbing a double and a single. Bella Bacon also earned two hits, finishing 2-for-3. Carlie Muhlbach and Katelyn Caneda each delivered one double to finish 1-for-3.
The Huskers conclude the invitational on Sunday night against No. 1 Texas Tech. The first pitch is set for 2 p.m. CT on ESPN+. The game was previously scheduled for 5 p.m. CT but was moved up due to expected inclement weather in the evening.
