Jose Canseco’s daughter, Josie, posted a clip of her boyfriend, Atlanta Braves pitcher AJ Smith-Shawver, on Instagram on Saturday.
It showed him lying in bed and cuddling her dog, Ronnie. A large black-and-grey angel wing tattoo on Smith-Shawver’s chest and covering his shoulder was also visible.
“Today is dedicated to the 2 best things to ever happen to me. My angels, sent from heaven. How did I get so lucky.” Josie wrote.

Smith-Shawver posted an Instagram story earlier in the day The photo featured Canseco in a black bikini, while he wore a sailor cap and shorts while on a boat. It was a throwback snap from Canseco’s birthday celebration at San José del Cabo, Mexico.
“Valentine’s Day – My beautiful baby.” Smith-Shawver wrote.
Canseco also uploaded snaps from a photoshoot on Valentine’s Day. She posed with confidence while wearing a pink full-sleeved crop top and pajamas.
“Happy Valentine’s Day from the @alo family 🎀🍓,” Canseco wrote.
Smith-Shawver dropped a two-word reaction, which Canseco replied to.
“💘 My Valentine,” Smith-Shawver wrote,
“I got the best one,” Canseco wrote.
The couple confirmed their relationship on Instagram in December.

Her boyfriend, Braves pitcher AJ Smith-Shawver, wrote a sweet message.
“I’m so proud of you❤️,” Smith-Shawver wrote.
Canseco is a model with 1.1 million Instagram followers. She has posed for brands like Stringys, Belletage Swimwear and Alo.
The couple also attended the Atlanta Braves gala on Jan. 31 at Truist Park.
Smith-Shawver missed most of last season as he underwent Tommy John surgery in June. He posted a 2.33 ERA before he was sidelined,
