Where Stars Cascade Down is a new event in Wuthering Waves and is the main one for the 3.1 update. The event will take the Rover on a journey to a mysterious Sonoro Sphere, where they must participate in a party arranged by the Lollo Logistics faction and complete various tasks. The event has started from February 13, and will last till March 18, 2026.

The Card Game is one of the key gameplay modes in the Where Stars Cascade Down event in Wuthering Waves. You will unlock it first, and you can challenge the various characters you have met during the story to earn rewards. Here is how to play it:

  • You will need to draw a set of two cards to remove them from the Deck. But you will lose points if you draw the Crownless Card

You will visit the Echo Display Stand with Cobb Copo during the Where Stars Cascade Down event quest in Wuthering Waves. Set up any Echo to your liking to complete the task.

Take the stairs and head to the second floor, and turn around the corner to reach the Balcony. The Telescope should be to your left, and you will need to complete a stargazing event.

Philharmonic Phonograph

The Phonograph is located in the main lobby. If you are coming from the outside area through the main door, look to your left to find it.

Nightglow Firework

This will automatically unlock in the Outdoor Lounge once you reach Vibe Gauge 7 and complete the fireworks section of the quest. Take the door beside the Echo Display Stand and head straight through the garden to find the fireworks launcher.
